buyer complaint tickets couldn't be used and need to be exchanged, but the ticket clearly show that its the admission ticket

Hello it’s not a complaint .. it’s a fact that I couldn’t use the ticket . If the staff at the entrance say I cannot use this ticket which I should redeem at counter before 12 pm , what do u expect me to do there? They tried to scan and not possible .. I can send u th ticket that I purchased there .. my point in messaging you was to let u know that I couldn’t use th product I bought from u as the information was not clear . And may be even u were not aware how to use those ticket ..
