Complaining about the lock and key I gave as a gift to her..😔She Wants 2 keys in one lock .. even though the bag advertised without lock and key I agreed to give her for free and now She's complaining when She received the bag. Refund money still complaining, I inspected and Check the bag that She returned and full of scratches not the Same as I sent to her originally, My bag is ruined.. Anyway lessons learned 😔She was very rude person..What a waste of Time and money for this buyer!
