I had a really lovely experience ordering from the seller. She was very open to customisation and responded quickly during the process of making the bear. She managed to get every detail down to the tee (colour, shoulder pad, positioning etc.) Love the final product and the presentation of it too, and grateful for the 2 flower sticks upon my last min request. Thank you so much!

Wanted to customise this grad bear for my boyfriend’s grad and she got the brief spot on after sending across some inspo pics! Also, really appreciated the attention to detail she put into the design - the coat and hood is removable!! 10/10 would recommend :) thank you!

The seller was very gracious, I forgot about the meeting and the seller was willing to reschedule, and the crochet bear looks as cute as the image would suggest! It also came with a handwritten note, which was very sweet. Would recommend!
