Disappointed with this transaction. Seller did not send photos of the actual item before shipping. She mentioned there were yellow stains, but what arrived was much worse there was a huge dark pink stain that was never disclosed. Had to go through so much back-and-forth just to clarify things. Would’ve appreciated full transparency from the start.

seller reached out to clarify the situation and was open to resolving the issue. i appreciate her taking the time to explain her side and offering a refund/compensation, which i think shows good faith. while there was an issue with the item upon receipt, i appreciate the effort to communicate and make things right. overall, i value sellers who are willing to engage and address concerns.
