I received a Ganesha statue(RM158) broken into half(literally) and when I confronted this person called, he wants me to confront the shipping services myself without any effort from him. I even told him I would like to pick it up myself(knowing it is fragile) but he said he does not provide pick up services. Cheat. No effort in replacing. Highly not recommended unless you would like to get cheated

It is stated in our bio that we do not cover postage damages, and we do not provide pickup services as our store is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and our previous customers have only used our postage option, so we dropped the pick up option. We are sorry for the troubles by PosLaju, but we cannot be held responsible for the damages that they have caused and we do not wish to be labelled as cheaters as a result. We have also opted for SkyNet for future postages. Have a nice day.
