Listing still shows that item has been bought by me. Carousel will still deduct money from my account.. You have to set up bank details in your account to see these transactions.... this is being inconsiderate that there is no protection to me, the buyer if item is not as expected, or not delivered, if you choose to transact off the app. Carousell offers protection to both seller and buyer.

Hi, not to worry as I’ve marked item as unsold and wrote a feedback to Carousell that no transaction has been made. Pls get Carousell to contact me if any issues. As explained, payment should be processed when your arranged grab driver picks up item from seller (me) and not after you received it as I can’t be liable for your arranged pick up. Sorry but I don’t feel safe dealing with you, thank you.
