It's perfectly ok to cancel order what's not ok is not having the courtesy to inform. I found a rider that is willing to deliver the 2 items (1 is big & heavy) and brought them from Ampang to my place by motor just so buyer can save on delivery. buyer said will make payment that day but didn't. only when i msged the next day then buyer said cancel order with no reason given.
