1. Buyer is unreasonably demanding. She paid 30% of original price for the used shelf and expect it to be in pristine condition. THIS IS IKEA LAMINATE WOOD NOT TEAK WOOD. Chips on laminate and discolouration (off white) is normal due to wear and tear and age. 2. Shelf is perfectly functional. There are no broken parts, no dents, no bends, no deformities. We have used it up until the night before buyer's mover delivery. Beware - Deal only if u want false accusations and baseless complaints!

I never expect the second hand item will be in perfect condition, but what u said does not conform what I see. The shelf has been severely deformed and we wasted a whole afternoon it can't be installed at all. At last we throw away. I'm not a fussy buyer and always give people positive comments, but this time really makes me disappointed.
