I have had wonderful personal training sessions with Reece. Reece has unlimited energy and patience in guiding me(I am a beginner to gym and fitness overall). I really appreciate how he continuously motivates you outside the practice hours too(reminders to drink water/ protein etc). Reece is punctual to classes, even spends extra time to make sure I understand and can even practice on my own.
