very good service and patient to explain the issues that was amended (high action, neck curvature issue and thorough check throughs as well as the nods for volume) bass is good as new! took one day for servicing v fast!!! i had several timing changes to collection and delivery of bass for servicing but it was vv smoothly communicated and the seller was very understanding!

It feels much easier to play now, especially higher up the neck, and the action is much more comfortable without affecting the tone. The seller was friendly and clearly experienced.
