Mailed her item the day we agreed to mail but trader mia and stopped replying my msgs after i mailed her item. After a week, finally got back to me saying her maid mailed the wrong item out and that she's busy to reply msgs. I would normally try to understand owners but this is too irresponsible, she even told me to just keep the shorts when i requested for an exchange with the one i wanted. Until now, she still have not replied my msgs and i still have not received anything.

Buyer was nice with prompt replies. Transaction was almost smooth and breezy, thou there were some hiccup on the postage.

In customer service, there no such thing as BO.$&decision is in customer hands. 1st,not following up with customer&coming2me after a week when I had already lost interests..&receiving msg from her threatening me if I blackout she will leave a negative comment for me. After forget to bring out items and then not following up plus threatening, this is not some thing I want to get in my shopping experience. So think twice for dealing with her, or else you will be the next one getting "comments"!!!

Initiated trade with me but I called off the deal due to a cash offer (I do cash deals > trades as stated on my profile). I apologised to her twice & explained the situation to her. I can understand that she is upset because she really liked my item. Even so, it is my item & I have the choice to withdraw the deal. Besides, we did not even exchange address. I can understand if she leaves me a bad comment, but not vulgarities on my profile. Please mind your words babe.
