Bought a TV, did not allow me to test th TV, he said all was good. Went down to his condo & he came w his son to pass th TV. Went back to check TV was a defective one. Contacted buyer & said will return back & asked for refund. Buyer responded very late & said can’t refund. He said he can easily create another carousell account. Pls do check b4 buying, buyer simply do not care, except for money.
