Excellent buyer! Very patient and easy to communicate with throughout the transaction.
The seller claimed they tried to look for the polo in their closet but could not find it. As a buyer, this is unacceptable, items should be properly inventoried before being listed for sale. Instead of offering a clear solution or accountability, the response was unprofessional and left the issue unresolved. Overall, a disappointing experience.

gelo, the listing was made over a year ago, so it’s reasonable that the item could no longer be found. i did take the time to look for it before responding, which is why there was a delay. not sure what “clear solution” you were expecting when there was no payment involved yet. if you’re expecting items to be properly inventoried, you’re better off shopping at malls. not here
