ARE U KIDDING ME? I bought it months ago?I uses the black one. ...what are u implying. ... I bought it last month. ... less than 30 days and I did nt recieve any message from u .... I can show u the defects and u see if its me who make it defected or once I get it ... it was lyke that... u are one of the worst seller.selling problem ukulele and accusing ppl trying to get new one with that reason ... u are juz being irresponsible . u didnt bother to chat me at carou despite nt receiving my sms

Its 100% brand new. I msg you the day after you took the ukeleles, you did not mention anything wrong about my ukeleles but you give me a surprise negative feedback on carousell after so many months without msging me first or whatsoever despite having my number? YOU SAID YOU NEEDED IT URGENTLY WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT FROM ME BUT CLAIM TO USE IT ONLY MONTHS LATER ONLY TO SPOT DEFECTS ON THE UKELELE AFTER SO MANY MONTHS? I have a SCREENSHOT of our convo that day. U only carou me after your neg feedback

Seller was very kind and willing to go extra mile for the buyer. She was willing to make a postage when I said I couldn't make it. Also the quite makeshift letter using a A4 paper was a plus :) take home message, trustable and reliable seller.
