Item was faulty upon collection due to poor unit storage on her end and expects me to repair it at my own expense. Seller did not disclose this and expected me to repair it at my own cost. Very pathetic experience and seller

I understand you’re going through a difficult time, and can see how that might have led to the way things came across in your messages. This whole situation was unexpected and overwhelming for both of us. While I respect the feelings you shared, I also felt judged - even “threatened” - despite the facts I never avoided your messages. I had been actively trying to help and even managed to find a replacement part. But the immediate refusal made me feel pushed away. Take good care of yourself too.
