See his profile for full story. I asked for refund on same day; did not use at all. Advertised BNIB but upon opening was clearly used and earphone case was damaged. I tried to compromise by asking for partial refund+I pay for postage but denied and no replies after. Pity my rating drops because of this but I think it's pretty clear that the seller is being unreasonable here. Seller probably had no ill intent when selling, just doesnt understand fairness/reason/English
