The worst person we can meet in carousel is to have someone who have arranged a meetup but didn't appear in the end. Didn't reply my message. The least you can do is let the seller know you are not interested anymore. Time waster, rude. Either you make sure your product is bloody cheap to worth his time to reply you, or you face someone who ghost you after arranging a meetup.
