Item was tested to be in perfect working condition when purchase was made in store. Buyer insisted there is "no light" and wanted a refund. When a gadget fails to work, it could be attributed to many other reasons such as incompatibility of software or user's insufficient of product knowledge. This claim made by buyer does not sound legit to me.

Bro dont create story. This is not our first time using chromecast. U said the shop tested it for u when u purchase it but u told us u never test it before urself on ur own tv. We don't cheat people and if u want, u can come over to our apartment and see for urself. We have purchase lots of items before in carousell here and never experience such situation with other seller. Not only on 1 tv we tried but 3 tvs!! Like i mentioned earlier its ur gain and our lost. U can keep that 26.50.
