Item not as new as described and photo not reflective of these facts. Several scratches on top and strap is stained. Seller was not willing to let me try the helmet before buying it. Ok deal but had I known all these would not buy.

Buyer came 30 min late and no response on ETA despite texting. Also I don’t think it is fair that you were sweating from exercising and expecting to try on the helmet. There was no obligation to buy and was communicated to buyer. Helmet was not advertised as new and buyer spent at least 20mins checking the item. Helmet was sold at heavy discount from original price. Suggest if buyer wanted a brand new helmet, to buy at full price from shop.
