Buyer quickly confirmed intent to purchase item and even requested for COD via LBC. As a seller, I promptly shipped out the item via LBC. Buyer did not pick up the item, citing multiple excuses, some of which were valid so I allowed again but lo and behold, almost 1 month later, buyer is unresponsive and STILL hasn't claimed the item. Be careful transacting with this person.
