transferred cash for cah, holographic clutch and wallet, only received wallet and i ordered my items in january. now is june, 6months later and she claims she has mailed my items, i requested reg mail, so theres no possibilty of lost mail. plus she stated she didnt get any cfmation slip. cant believe it, now she hiatus without returning any of my items. doesnt even want to reply messages.

I preordered sneakers and transferred $30.90 to the seller's account. She said she would check once she got home, but she never replied. A few weeks later, I asked her when the shoes would arrive, but she said she didn't receive the money. When I asked her more questions, she became defensive, saying that she doesn't keep track of what how her buyers transfer money, and that she couldn't find my chat bc I changed my u/n. She will not process a refund even though we have proof of the transaction.

Hi! :) in the chat I have Alr told you that I don't mind doing a refund and such. However, you didn't reply me AT ALL after my message. I don't know why this is so. So as of now, I don't think that I should be in the wrong as 1) I didn't get the payment 2) you might have edited the pic. (I'm not saying you did, but u might have) 3) I tried my best to solve the matter, but u didn't reply me at all All in all, do chat me up to clarify any misunderstandings
