You iniated with dropping a price in 'make offer' and I accepted. Sometime pass and I asked for your full details and payment since offer was accepted . You replied with 'ha?' and did not provide a clear indicator na pass pala since you said you we're looking for a small bag and my item fits the size criteria. Nakalagay naman sa profile ko na payment first baka hindi nabasa pero nag drop 'make offer' . Maybe first time kasi hindi alam ang indication kapag nag drop ng offer and accepted. ethics
