Responsive chat and fast reservation of items. Faced some problems with the switch that never appeared during previous usage and contacted about the problem. Buyer still faced similar issues and wished to request for a refund. Pretty sure it is not a device problem as the checks during meetup did not meet any issues and showed the usage of the device. Game ran smoothly during physical checks.

Unfortunately the freeze screen will appear after a while of playing.. the physical test during meet up obviously is only 5-10mins. Checked with service center and it confirm need to replace the wireless chips which cost S$100. Confirm that the item was defect. You refuse to refund even inform the problem on the same day. Beware to deal with this seller in future It was the first unpleasant experience to me T carousell. Lesson learned
