Rude and irresponsible. You got the address the day before but was late for +20 minutes NOT 5 Minutes without any pre notice. I’ve repeatedly told you please be on time and you just being late and didn’t show up. The transaction location was just Landmark. You kept saying you cannot find it, you have no idea which MTR exit you should take. I’m just a seller not your mom. I can’t plan the route and tell you which exit you should take to get to Landmark. Please act as a responsible adult.

Really sorry that I didn’t check it before passing it to you. Hadn’t used it for a bit while and that’s why wasn’t aware that it’s moldy. Sorry for such an experience. I’m willing to refund $50 to you if it helps. Feel free to contact me for that. Having said that, I don’t think “curt” is a fair comment. I was quite friendly through the whole conversation either in app or on WhatsApp providing details of the item and proper slots for the pickup.
