Accepted buyer's negotiated price, reserved the item for buyer. But buyer went radio silence and no reply since I agreed on his asking price.

There were multiple reviews saying that buyer won’t appear after seller has accepted offer and won’t reply. Benefit of doubt given because I believe every experience maybe different. Received offer and I accepted the offer to meet at mrt while I went home on heavy rain to get the item and returned back to mrt station to wait for exactly 30 min with no reply.
