buyer backed out of deal

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUYER. sold my item at $30 but she bargained for $25 which i agreed to. when we met up, she was late and refused to tap out as her card no money. didnt even have exact change of $25 which i told her to bring. so i allowed her to pay me $20 FIRST, and transfer me the remaining $5 afterwards. but LOL after one day she still nvr transfer and ignored all my messages. DISHONEST!

Buyer ethusiastic to deal but failed to turn up on the stated time and did not even inform on the delay, making me and my family waited for her with no avail.
