😡The MOST IRRESPONSIBLE & WORST SELLER I had ever encountered. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (size 38 and 42). 1.) 1 pair were sent out but the photo proof given to me clearly stated my Address was written wrongly. 2.) Seller sent out a replacement and I received a WRONG COLOUR pair. I was asked to mail back and exchanged on my own expense. 3.) Reminded Seller many times about the size and colour and I still received a WRONG SIZE. Totally disappointed and regret dealing with this kinda seller.
Order a pair of shoes on 4MAY. Prompt in payment, however Item got delay for a month due to shipment. She mailed the item by normal mail even before informing that it's too exp for reg mail. No mail proof was provided. Item got lost. She mailed another pair of shoes, unfortunately she sent me a wrong SIZE & COLOUR. The deal was not settled. Pls don't give false statement tht you're "solving" the issues when you're ignoring my PMs. If you're not refunding other buyers, I shall make a report.
As mentioned, I wasn't liable for the delay. And I did give you prompt updates &even mailed out the 1st pair. And I did wrote my rtn add & even took a picture prf of it. As for now I do still have the evidence for the first pair and the details of the timing and date. And you mentioned it did not arrive, and I kindly gave you a second pair since I still have. However you said it was a wrong size and Colour, I gave u a solution of exchge & u said ok to wait so kindly be patient.
Had a smooth transaction with seller. Shoes was so real and even had original box. Prompt delievery. Though probably 1 week of waiting time. Prompt transaction and wish to buy 20 pair from you soon for my next competition!
an extremely pleasant deal! i must admit that i had caused a lot of trouble for her, but she was still had a very patient, polite and kind attitude! her replies were v prompt and friendly as well. item received from her is very much to my satisfaction. though it took me quite a while to get my item, i must say i was really impressed with the item and the seller's attitude! recommended! 😊👍🏽
