This buyer gave me the wrong address, accused me of cheating her when she didn't receive her parcel because SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG ADDRESS, proceeded to demand I resend her parcel when it was returned to me (once again due to her giving me the wrong address). I resent the parcel and got verbally abused by her and accused of cheating again even after I sent her the registered article number and photo of receipt AGAIN. Her inability to recognize that the problem lies with her is deeply disturbing.
