First deal needed over a year to complete. Expressed strong interest to get another item and asked to hold it for a month. After asking for photos and prices of several items just cited he does have the budget. To deal with him, ensure u secure an offer on item and collect a deposit from him. Ask him to come to you. Otherwise u run the risk of him backing out and wasting your time.

If submitted offer means must buy else review badly but if viewed beyond the acceptance level, cannot back out. Sorry is fair to both parties but u insists on doing so. So this is what happened. Is a willing buyer seller market. If asked sure must buy?tell me whT logic since so? Asked sure must buy hah? Asked must sub offered? First deal is a heft amt and non essential item. Every mature adult will considered so like my action.

-Buyer inspected the item and was okay with it. -He changed his mind when he got home and left me a false review. -Buyer kept changing timings last minute as well -Reviewed that he rushed down for me when in fact I changed my schedule multiple times last minute to suit him.
