User started the chat with an offer, which I gladly accepted. User then asked for pictures and videos, which I gladly sent. User asked questions which are already mentioned in item description. I was courteous the whole time. Told user to read Carousell terms but was told 'it's normal' to back out from deals. Not recommended. Was called rude for pointing out the obvious.
