Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied. The item was lightly used, and this condition clearly disclosed prior to the sale. I've sent/uploaded pictures showing the item and how the fences were. You accepted it at the time of purchase, and the item was shipped as it is. Minor imperfections, including small chips, are within normal manufacturing tolerances and handling.

you’re not being honest about the other defects in the cat house especially on the fencing & the door knobs. The photos u taken are from a distance not up-closed. You are not being transparent on this matter & when i pointed out those, you are unwilling to accept it instead replying to me “oh okay”. When i shared my concerns, your remarks feel dismissive. If you think $230 is a small amount, please understand its a significant amount for me. Such a liar you are! Buyers should be aware of you! 👎🏽
