Purchased a BN TCL dress from her. When it arrived, it has a detergent smell & the measurements are really off. The dress is much shorter than stated & inner lining is longer than the dress too (they are of different colours). I understand that it could be manufacturing defects thus not her fault but she could have informed me beforehand? The dress could have shrunk because of the wash too. Please reply my messages & explain. Btw I checked your feedbacks & realised that you have multiple accs?
