A responsible thing to do is at least inform the seller that after a small mistake of not reading the description of the item and a late decision not wanting it any more all will be good. But this buyer did not inform and so decided to keep quiet instead. There are many buyers that do the same thing, this one is one of them that sends an offer at a lower price but in the end, not buying it.
