condition of the cage was not clear from pic. base of the cage is quite damaged. missing clasp. this makes the cage unusable without some work and we needed the cage in working condition. my syrian already escaped once from her existing cage. seller eventually agreed to a $20 discount, we paid $50. not sure if i would have made the trip down if condition was made clearer from the start.

Revising star from 3 to 1 for poor conduct. Expectation is the condition of item to be checked, not after people made the effort to travel all the way to Woodlands then suddenly update that XX item is missing etc. Since you’re busy, of all ppl you shld understand. I even accommodated your time. As is condition is not a cage since it cannot contain my pet. learn and grow from feedback.. or not.

Buyer is an absolute waste of time. Makes offer and says will buy but continues to give a TON of excuses to delay purchase. Made offer nearly 1 month ago, but still continues to say he’s busy. Typical Carou-hell buyer.
