Hi, tks for your feedback. This is also the first time my customer has claimed non receipt. Perhaps you wld like to try registered mail with not only me but also other sellers. This is an unfortunate case for the lost of a $1.80 item inclusive of normal mai . ( edited: sorry corrected on the mailing chgs. No worries, m staying cool. Offered a price and asked details. Asked her some time so that I cud try a tester before I buy. I'm working also, unable to try it out.Then after 5 days she messaged cancel the offer if ur not interested. I can see she has no patience and after a day, I cancelled. Then left a bloody negative comment that not a sincere buyer. Hello?? I'm also a seller who has dealt hundreds of ppl. I don't do this crap n have waited even a month! Seems like u did this to someone else as well. Wake up child!

I don't entertain forcing seller who can't wait! All buyers have the right to think and ReThink even if I take days! can't stand seller who's "Craving" for cash! Too broke?
Made offer; chatted on deal and went missing in action. Not replying to my pm but I see that he is active in replying comments on his items and providing feedback to others. I respect buyers' decision to rethink and ponder. In that case don't make offer first. No courtesy to reply. Highly not recommended. Not sincere buyer.
