Terrible and deal at your own risk. payment done but didnt received the good but she claimed she already sent! offer a replacement item but not sincere and only can collect mon to thursday 8am to 4pm only.I hv reported the case to Carousell to take action!!

I have already made it clear to you that you take all risks if you insist on postage. My responsibility ends when the item is dropped into the mailbox, which I’ve provided the video to show. U wanted replacement and I’m giving you the benefit of doubt by offering replacement yet again you wan me to mail it? Really? Who is the terrible one!
