I have always promptly responded to all messages. We had a covid situation at home and was really stressed so I couldn't reply immediately. Nevertheless i asked my husband to get the item for me as i am a genuine buyer and really wanted the item.. He did buy the item from you.. Husband had checked on availability with a separate carousell account during the week that I had reserved the item for you. Hence I had told him that I will only release it to him if the deal with you did not work out. If he had collected on your behalf without contacting me separately, this confusion and misunderstanding would not arise. Thank you both anyway!
