Have cleared misunderstanding with seller, it was a genuine misperception, and no one is at fault. Ultimately, seller is sincere and truthful.

To clarify, I've specifically clarified in my advert tt "I'm not sure if size is a UK4 but the size is a size 4" based on the size indicated on the shoe lining. The buyer asked if the shoe can fit a normal ladies size 6. I replied tt "I think so. I wear a size 6", and I can fit into the shoe. I can understand buyer's frustration given tt the shoe does not fit her. Hence, I've offered her the choice to return the shoe which she rejected. Separately I've also prov pic evid of my shoe size to her.
