Deal was sealed quickly and meet up date was also decided and done pretty fast. Buyer was prompt in replying and was willing to come all the way from the west to the east! Very commendable. Unfortunately, there was a train break down mid-journey so I had to wait a little longer but that was totally not the buyer's fault. It was just bad timing, I guess.
