Amazing experience! Coach Yuchen really knows his stuff well but also very patient and supportive making every session enjoyable and impactful. Not to mention the flexi in choosing them and location is a huge plus for me and he always makes it work without compromising the quality of training. For those new to self defense like myself I highly recommend trying it out. You won’t regret!
