I just found out that the certificate was not included by the seller. And it’s stated on the listing that there is a certificate. Tried to huggle for a ₱500 refund for the lack of certificate but the seller refused to do so. And she mentioned that it’s because she forgot to update her listing but it is the seller’s responsibility to keep the listing updated.

Eto yung buyer na sobrang barat na nga may pafreebie pa na set nagpaparefund pa ng 500 for just a piece of certificate na hindi na update agad yung listing, admit ko pong mali yun. Pero yung 18k necklace ko na brand new i bought it for 3200, i sell it for only 2k gusto pa nya 1500 hanggang naging 1700 kasi sobrang baba nya mag offer. Mabebenta ko pa yung item ng 2k to 3k pero binigay ko saknya ng 1700 with freebie gusto pa ng refund na 500 para sa no value cert lang. Hindi makatao si buyer. 😓💔
