I was told that the appearance of the packaging was perfect, but there were obvious black marks on it. I also specifically requested a small plastic carrier, but was instead given a black bag that was clearly oversized, as shown in the picture. Honestly, what an experience. The overall handling and attention to detail were very disappointing.

Vera is by far the BEST cat sitter we've ever engaged - I would give her MORE stars if I could. Her attention to detail is so impressive, and she never cuts corners. Above all, you can tell she truly wants to give your babies the best care while you're away. She was able to understand my two cats so well in such a short time (they miss her already!). Really glad to have found Vera to look after JamJam while we were away. She definitely knew her stuff and our usually shy, scaredy cat was completely charmed by her from day one.
