your listing indicated 37 books but you hard sell to 101 books in which my sis, whom is the actual buyer agreed to so as to make it more convenient for you. upon agreement, there were multiple changes to the meetup, which ended up with my sis going to your place to pick up the books. what's even worse is that she received repeated titles. so this is not a matter of trust and number of positive reviews, but the integrity of the sale.
