Bought 500g of Merdeka Blend Notes with Chocolate, Honey and lemon and a low acidity. Calibrated first 2 times then the 3rd time i hit the tweak - first slurp of the espresso i tasted the distinct honey note and the lemon note lingers around the mouth as its after taste, immediately afterwards i added frothed milk and mann it brings out the chocolately body with tangy sweetness. Good roast👍

Got the Ciwidey beans from Stefanus. Using a pourover/v60 for the beans, tasted pleasant acidity and hints of lime for the palate. Delivery was fast, ordered a day before and received a day later personally from Stefanus himself. Looking to try other indonesian beans from him soon!
