Buyer was very rude and talk badly to me, eventho i had clearly stated in my profile for SLA shipping (including no shipment on Sunday since J&T is closed). The buyer took long time to confirm & transfer, only sending it late Saturday night. On sunday i immediately sched courier pickup for Monday, but instead of understanding the buyer complained rudely. I decided to issue full refund immediately!
