The seller claimed that the item was advertised incorrectly. I asked her again what the correct price for the kurung was, but she did not respond to my message. Instead, I suddenly received a notification that the item had been sold to me without any confirmation or agreement from my side. This is misleading and unprofessional and I would like Carousell to review this seller’s conduct.

This seems like a misunderstanding. I only marked the item as “Sold” to remove it from the feed while I re-uploaded the correct listing. Since no payment was made and nothing was finalised, it’s not really accurate to call it misleading. Sorry if the notification caused any confusion, there wasn’t any bad intention on my end.
