The buyer was quite impatient. She did not inform beforehand that it was an urgent purchase not until the posting day. I posted the item the following day after payment was made but there were some issues with the courier which isn’t under my responsibility. But I still made an effort to contact the courier so that she could have the item on time but in the end did not (again, not my fault).

Hi as long the item don’t reach to your customer it still under your responsibility.and I have right to ask you to follow up on this till I received the parcel because it will be on you.And you should be more polite to your customers. anyway you send me a item with the pump doesn’t work and you never mentioned it to me,I even don’t ask for any refund and no make any noise cause I don’t mind as the item still can be used not a big deal for me,next time please check well the item before you sold
