i helped my friend (awaasells) because this seller dont know how to reply her awaiting customer to post out in the day she promised,when i messaged her she replied to me within 1minute but still left my friend unseen. she also told her that shes too busy to post it out and to reply but she actually replied to me superrr fast and left my friend uninformed

Bought bag on monday, she say can do postage on tuesday/wednesday. Postage price is almost the same as lalamove so i offered to just lalamove. Said shes not free, i tried to understand her. She didnt provide any update and replied to me. Asked my friend to chat her, she replied her within a minute but left me delivered. On Friday, decided to pickup, she refused to refund postage bcs "urgent order"

I did not said bcs it is urgent so no refund. I only said there will be no refund for postage fee bcs i have to travel far to my second house just to ease her “lalamove” (shes using grab). I charged the fee, the also agreed although i paid the grab. I already apologised so many times and give her rm10 back, but she and her friend decided to rate me 1 star and attack my review after she got the bag. Also, she expect me to deliver asap and keep pusing me although i ald disclaim within this week.
