Comms could have been better and deal could have been smoother (discounted price asked for even though not on initial terms as buyer changed mind on first meet; also some blunders in meeting the 2nd time but wasn't buyer's territory and buyer was at least apologetic). Overall, still appreciate the buyer's effort in meeting up~ Thanks for the deal!
Pungol MRT is a complicated terrain. Glad that we have managed the logistics and eventually settled the deal. We did accommodate each other. Earlier I arranged 15 mins later to meet in case of travellg delays due to evening peek hour rush. However, I did arrive earlier and on the dot (6pm) as scheduled, I hang around the mrt until you came home(your wife was specific-you were late to arrive home ...6:30), had to change and eventually came to MRT. Person,1 contact point better, a pic helps.
