Seller sold me an item that had some defects on the earpiece, which I discovered when I opened the box. And while I offered to courier back at my cost for a full refund, she wasn't willing to take it back. Turned hostile immediately when I asked for refund. Insisted that the defects were caused by me when clearly it looks like a manufacturing defect. Entirely bad experience with this seller.

Extremely disappointed to deal with such a bad buyer. I have asked buyer to meet up so I can pass her the item and she can check but she insisted on couriering instead. So after couriering the item to her, she said that there was manufacturing defect and demanded that I sent her photos of the original item which I did. She claimed that I had googled for the photos but she wasn't able to find similar photos online. She also demanded a FULL refund when the item has already been couriered to her.
